Irish Social Housing
North and East Housing Association are a Dublin-based social housing association providing affordable rental social housing in the north-east of Ireland. They are also responsible for the management and maintenance of these properties.
NEHA were using a proprietary property management software package, but were experiencing shortcomings in the way the software fitted with their existing operating practices. K-Point provided a custom web-based application which fits their requirements exactly, eliminating time-consuming double-entry of data, and producing comprehensive management reports which previously took days in a matter of seconds.
