Roadhead Farm Feeds operate a busy and successful animal feed production plant in the Borders region of Scotland. However, orders and stock were being managed using a combination of Excel spreadsheets and paper-based systems, and as business grew steadily, the system was under strain, and certainly not fit for continued growth.

K-Point introduced a server-based solution which streamlined all aspects of production from tracking and planning stock usage, to complete order fulfilment, integrating with existing systems as appropriate.
