All results can be viewed in real-time, so your total opens and clicks will update as you watch. The WorldView perspective allows you to actually watch pop-ups appear as each person opens your email, and you can then watch as they click onto your website. This really adds a great feeling of involvement and dare we say excitement to email campaigns. You can analyse the results to learn which content is most popular, so that you can design better communications in future. Even learning which content doesn't interest your readers may give previously unavailable insight into their behaviour.
Another powerful feature is the integration with the widely-adopted Google Analytics package which gives you amazing insight into your website and marketing activities and effectiveness. All traffic originating from your email campaigns will be clearly tagged so that you can track these visitors within Analytics, and even see how many of those convert to customers, and what they're worth.
The best looking email template in the world is no use if you don't have anyone to send it to. You need to grow your lists to include as many existing and potential customers as possible, without committing any of the cardinal sins which could ultimately do more harm than good. You'll notice we said "potential customers" not "random email addresses". There are two reasons not to just blindly grow your lists with hundreds of random emails, and both are fairly common sense when you think about it. Our email marketing package allows you to effortlessly collect email addresses from potential customers via various sources - your own website, your Facebook page, via a programming interface from your customer management system, or even just the ability to import details of consenting contacts from a spreadsheet. You can maintain multiple lists to categorise your subscribers, e.g. by client or lead status, and you can further segment your lists by any number of custom-defined criteria, e.g. all customers broken down by products, or even by region. Email campaigns can this way to be very tightly focussed on specific groups. The list management also automatically handles un-subscriptions and bounced emails, removing them from your lists and ensuring that you don't inadvertently annoy people who have opted out.
Relative to traditional advertising such as newspapers, magazines, radio or flyers, email marketing is unbelievably cheap and equally powerful. You can spend hundreds, if not thousands, of pounds each month on these various media and have no idea what effect, if any, these are having. With email marketing you'll spend a fraction of the cost, and be able to see your direct return on investment, as illustrated above.
Each campaign delivery has a base cost of £5.00 and a variable cost of just 1p per email recipient. If you wish to target a list of 5,000 subscribers, which is fairly typical for a busy, successful small business, this will cost you £5.00 + £50.00 = £55.00. What would you get for that in traditional publications? Very little indeed.

All packages above the Basic offering include design of two versatile email templates branded with your company logo and colours, and personalised with your contact details and addresses for your various social media channels, and setup of your first email list, ready to start sending right away! The two templates include an uncluttered announcement email layout, and a more flexible template with 3 different content layout styles. Advanced packages include an additional 3 content layout options. All packages include a user guide to get you up and running. The application itself is well documented throughout, but it's so easy to use that you'll have no problems.

There's a world of difference between a drab, text-heavy email that you craft via your email client such as Outlook and the vibrant, exciting and versatile emails that you receive from your favourite websites and online stores trying to entice you to buy their latest offers. Just look at the sample templates above. You can argue that it's not as personal, but you can personalise these emails as much as you want, providing you have the detail available to be able to accurately include first names, etc. If you're sending out hundreds or perhaps thousands of emails, it's not practical to even think about doing this, even using mail merge.
A much bigger concern with sending out emails from your own computer though is that your mail server is simply not built for this purpose. At best it will groan under the sudden load, perhaps crashing, but most certainly locking it up while the email sending is in process. But at worst your email server will trigger all sorts of spam alerts, and could end up being blacklisted by your own or other Internet Service Providers (ISP) which could seriously damage the reputation of your domain, and ultimately your business. In short, if it feels like a bulk email to a large group of people, then maximise your chances of success by using the right tools.
